Five9NS stands behind every system we ship to our customers. All Five9NS systems are covered by our one (1) year Return-To-Depot (RTD) Limited Hardware Warranty. We guarantee that every system we design and manufacture will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of shipment.
If you think you need warranty service, please contact us by phone at (585) 200-5007, or by email at support@five9network.com. Our normal warranty service hours are from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our technical support personnel will work with you remotely to help determine the cause of your issue. If we determine that a warranted system or system component is defective and should be replaced, we will ask you to return the product to us. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ship the repaired or replacement products to you as soon as possible.
If you have out of warranty systems and components and would like our assistance, our technical staff will work with you on a time and materials basis to solve your problem.
