All warranty service is subject to the
terms of Five9NS Limited Hardware
Warranty policy found at Warranty Policy.
Warranty term starts date of shipment.
Warranty status is determined by date
of Five9NS’ acknowledged receipt of
this form.
Warranty specifically excludes:
software/firmware; 3rd party products;
problems caused by accident, abuse,
misuse, or by the installation of
additional hardware/software.
Warranty is voided if product servicing
is not performed by Five9NS or
Five9NS trained and certified employees.
